Abraham’s first encounter in real estate investments and development began in 2005 when he founded, what today is, a very successful real estate inspection company. Abraham decided to leverage the connections, experience and knowledge gained from growing his commercial inspection company to wholesale investment deals. This expansion grew his network and skill set and was a natural progression towards the current iteration of his real estate career.

Abraham has developed a well-rounded background and approach to real estate investments. He also is continuously re-evaluating local markets in this ever-shifting Southern California landscape to find new opportunities for his clients.

At District Realty Group, he is expanding his horizons, assisting principals with sales and acquisitions of commercial buildings and multi-family properties. Abraham works tirelessly with his close client network and affiliate funds.
